Job Family Summary:

  • The PST - Converting Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining converting equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products. This role requires a keen attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate converting equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance on converting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Starting Pay: $27.09 per hour.
