Mandatory Skills:

SSD Firmware Experience (Must Have)

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, validate, and integrate DRAM drivers for SSD firmware platforms

* Work with DRAM IP, PHY IP, ECC, and controller technologies

* Develop and validate Read/Write Training, Gate Training, and Write Leveling

* Strong expertise in DDR4 & DDR5 protocols

* Configure and validate DDR4/DDR5 mode registers

* Develop DRAM initialization, power states, and refresh policies

* Create test procedures and debugging tools for DRAM validation

* Troubleshoot and resolve DRAM-related technical issues

* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

* Document technical requirements and support product schedules
