Job description

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Architect with Draftsman knowledge to join the team at our clients family office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial & Residential project management and experience with architectural design and construction projects.

Requirements:

- Commercial project management experience (must)

- Strong knowledge of Draftsman software and architectural design principles

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setting with travel to sites

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from concept to completion

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors

- Develop and implement project plans and timelines

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction

Architectural License Highly Preferred

Experience working with governmental agencies and publicly funded project a plus
