Job description

  • Deliver assigned projects successfully from kickoff to final deliverable
  • Draft project plans for new projects
  • Schedule key meetings with internal teams and clients
  • Assemble project timelines and assign milestones and tasks in the project management system
  • Confirm client deliverables pass through the appropriate internal QA process
  • Facilitate team Slack discussions and meetings
  • Schedule and facilitate project status client calls
  • Maintain project schedules, track updates and identify and assign next steps
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve project roadblocks
  • Communicate resolution plans to clients when issues occur
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses
  • Provide forecast projections to the finance team
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively maintain positive relationships with internal and client stakeholders
  • Proven success in identifying creative solutions to complex problems and managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of, or desire to learn more about, brand and demand marketing strategies, concepts, and tactics
  • Experience creating and delivering client-facing project progress and status reports
  • Familiarity with navigating and utilizing project management software
  • At least 2 years in a program or project manager role in a services industry environment
  • Agency experience is a plus
