Draftsman Project Manager information

How do Draftsman Project Managers typically balance design drafting responsibilities with project management tasks?

Draftsman Project Managers often juggle both technical drafting duties and broader project oversight. Effective time management and prioritization are key, as they must ensure design accuracy while also handling budgets, timelines, and team communication. Collaboration is frequent, and success in the role relies on the ability to switch between detailed design work and big-picture project coordination.
