Collaborating closely with site supervisors and other machine operators also helps ensure smooth workflow and minimizes potential hazards on the job.

Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and communication skills help ensure safe and efficient site operations. These abilities are crucial for maintaining productivity, safety, and precision on construction or mining sites.

Their main duties include grading, leveling, and clearing land on construction sites, in mining operations, and for roadwork. They must be skilled in maneuvering the dozer safely and efficiently, following site plans and safety regulations.
