What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Double Backer Operator, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Double Backer Operator, you need knowledge of corrugated production processes, mechanical aptitude, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Double Backer Operators are skilled workers in the corrugated manufacturing industry responsible for operating double backer machines. These machines laminate the corrugated medium to the linerboard, forming the flat sheets used to make cardboard boxes.
