About the Role
Partnerships are central to Dotdigital's success as a leading customer engagement platform. As a member of the Partnerships team, you'll identify and manage strategic go-to-market technology partners whose platforms complement and extend Dotdigital's capabilities-enhancing customer experience and driving commercial growth.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Identifying and onboarding strategic technology partners that align with Dotdigital's business goals.
  • Managing partner relationships, acting as their advocate within Dotdigital across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Developing joint go-to-market plans, including co-selling, co-marketing, and mutual business development initiatives.
  • Driving value for both Dotdigital and its partners by aligning partnership strategies with shared objectives.

This role requires a blend of sales, business development, relationship management and strategic thinking. Success depends on your ability to understand partner goals and clearly articulate how Dotdigital can help achieve them.
Your Day-To-Day activities
Partner Management
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of technology partners (CRM, CDP, Martech, Ecommerce, Not for Profit, Sports, Education, B2B) ensuring ongoing engagement and client referrals.
  • Identify, qualify and recruit new high-potential technology platform partners that create value for Dotdigital, the partner and their customers
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within partner organisations, ensuring deep alignment and shared success.
  • Deliver partner enablement through presentations, demos, and training sessions to educate stakeholders on Dotdigital's value.
  • Develop growth strategies for partners to progress through the partner program tiers
  • Drive client adoption of partner integrations by educating and influencing sales, marketing, and customer success teams on the benefits of these solutions for our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner revenue targets and success metrics.

Commercial
  • Generate new business referral opportunities (SQO's) from tech partners
  • Influence active sales opportunities by leveraging partner relationships where appropriate

Marketing & Events
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to launch new integrations, develop joint collateral and manage go-to-market activities
  • Identify and support joint lead-gen and brand awareness campaigns (e.g. webinars, roundtables, case studies)
  • Represent Dotdigital at industry events and proactively network with current and prospective partners.

General
  • Share field insights to shape Dotdigital's joint value proposition, integration roadmap, and market positioning.
  • Analyze trends and performance data to optimize partner strategies.
  • Travel up to 25% to build and maintain partner relationships.

About You

Experience & Skills
  • 4-5+ years in technology partnerships (SaaS / Martech sales)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present, influence, and build relationships across teams.
  • Native-level English proficiency; additional languages (Dutch, French, Spanish, Swedish) are a plus.
