Position Overview

Red Dot Behavioral and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services in a fully remote capacity. Our therapists will possess the skills and compassion necessary to support clients on their journey toward optimal mental health. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience, along with a sign-on bonus for new team members.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health histories, needs, and treatment goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and circumstances of your clients.
• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively.
• Engage clients in therapeutic conversations and activities aimed at managing crises and enhancing coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes with minimal administrative burden, freeing up time for client-focused care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to foster rapport with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach towards clients.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities that enable you to manage a full caseload efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on any licensing board.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth practices and additional certifications in specialized therapeutic methodologies will be considered a plus. Previous experience working with a community health clinic or in a team-based healthcare environment may also enhance your application.
