This role allows you to operate in a fully remote work environment, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering crucial mental health services to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clientsโ€™ mental health statuses, needs, and individual goals.
  • Personalized Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that capitalize on their strengths and target their challenges.
  • Individual Therapy Delivery: Facilitate therapy sessions with adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches, adapting techniques as needed to suit each clientโ€™s unique journey.
  • Teletherapy Services: Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for clients.
  • Crisis Interventions: Provide timely crisis intervention services when required, ensuring client safety and appropriate support during critical situations.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with the latest mental health best practices and standards of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients, many of whom may be experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and relational issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds providing a rich tapestry of experiences, allowing for a dynamic and fulfilling therapeutic experience.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to clients.
  • A non-judgmental attitude, demonstrating compassion and understanding while guiding clients through their therapeutic journey.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on licensure boards.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience delivering therapy in a community health setting.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.
  • Specialization in trauma-informed therapy or other niche areas of mental health.
