About Dope Doctors:

Dope Doctors is a growing wellness practice specializing in medical weight loss and metabolic health. We are expanding our services to include hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and are looking for an experienced provider to help us build and grow this offering.
Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of experience in hormone replacement therapy. This role will focus on developing and managing HRT programs while also supporting our existing weight loss services.
This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys autonomy and wants to play a key role in launching and shaping a new service line within an established practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments (history, symptoms, labs).
  • Diagnose and treat patients using hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Interpret lab results related to hormone and metabolic health.
  • Educate patients on HRT, weight loss, and lifestyle optimization.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hormone replacement therapy (required).
  • Experience in weight loss or wellness medicine preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hormone labs and treatment protocols.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
