Huntleigh USA is seeking reliable, customer-focused Passenger Service Agents to join our team at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This is a fast-paced airport environment where exceptional service and safety are top priorities.


Job Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor

  • Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)

  • Safely transport passengers throughout airport locations as requested

  • Provide general information and directions to passengers

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, staff, and the general public

  • Coordinate with dispatch and airline gate agents for passenger assistance assignments

  • Comply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and procedures

  • Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual occurrences

  • Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track passenger trips

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Available Shifts (8-hour shifts)
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM

  • 5:00 PM – Last Flight (may vary between 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM)
