Anchor Sign is a growing and dynamic sign manufacturing company searching for Loading and Crating Specialists to join its manufacturing and shipping team. No experience is necessary. All training required is provided. This position includes building wood crates, crating and packaging signs, loading and securing signs and crates onto multiple types of trucks and trailers. Your pay includes $20/hour regular time and $30/hour for overtime.
Your employment package includes:

6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch)
Saturday (occasional, rotating)

Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast paced, shipping and receiving environment working with large crates, boxes, forklifts, trailers, load straps, drills and fastening hardware. The ideal candidate will also have basic wood construction skills and experience with equipment such as chop saws, staples and nail guns. However, no specific experience is necessary. All education and training will be provided. Work is performed in an open-air warehouse environment or outdoors. Experience with operating a forklift is preferred but not required.
Specifically:
  • Candidates must have the ability to build various sizes of wood shipping and freight crates.
  • Complete final assembly of certain sign products.
  • Wrap all signs and other products prior to packaging.
  • Load and fasten final products onto various sizes of trucks and trailers.
  • A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
