What You Will Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle

• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic

• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person

• Deliver a great customer experience

• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training

What We Seek:

• Sales Experience in ANY Industry

• Experience in Customer Facing positions such as Retail Sales, Hospitality, Restaurant Servers & Bartenders, Wireless/Cellular Phone Sales & Customer Service Positions

• Good People Skills, able to build rapport with Customers

• Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written

• Good Computer Skills; ability to learn the CRM computer software-We will teach you

• Prior Experience with any CRM is a PLUS

• Professional Appearance and Demeanor

• Must be Reliable, Punctual and Motivated with a Positive Attitude

• Bilingual Skills (Fluent in Spanish & English) is a plus
