Ideal Sales Representative Candidates:

• Prior Automotive Sales Experience is Preferred but NOT Required

• Prior Sales Experience in ANY INDUSTRY is Required! (If you do not have any Auto Sales experience, we will TEACH YOU!)

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Strong Sales, Closing, Upselling skills

• Basic Computer skills

• Punctual, Reliable, Motivated

• Strong Attention to Detail

• Team Player

• Must have a Professional Demeanor

• E-Leads, DealerTrack, DealerLink, or any auto software or CRM Experience/Knowledge is a PLUS!
