With 18 years in business, we provide professional dog training services including Board & Train, Private Lessons, and Group Classes — all delivered from our modern, state-of-the-art training facility. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, high standards of care, and building lasting relationships with our clients.
We’re looking for a career-minded, motivated individual who wants to grow with our company. This role offers real opportunities for advancement into leadership and management for the right person. We value people who take initiative, solve problems, and bring positive energy to the team. Professionalism and outstanding customer service are a must.
This is more than a job—it’s a career where you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of dogs and their owners. Paid training is available for the right candidate. Prior dog training experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

  • Deliver training services according to company standards.
  • Conduct private lessons, group classes, and board & train programs.
  • Identify training challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with clients about training progress via phone, email, and social media updates.
  • Provide lifetime graduate support and ongoing client follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support retention.
  • Represent the brand professionally in the community through events and partnerships.
  • Support local outreach efforts and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent training quality.
  • Train dogs ranging from basic obedience to behavior modification and reactive or aggressive behaviors.

Training & Experience:
  • At least 1 year balanced dog training experience is required.
  • Completion of The Dog Wizard Academy Experienced Dog Trainer Track is required.
    • 100% of training costs covered by the company with a one-year employment commitment.
    • Online training completed before hands-on training.
