With 18 years in business, we provide professional dog training services including Board & Train, Private Lessons, and Group Classes — all delivered from our modern, state-of-the-art training facility. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, high standards of care, and building lasting relationships with our clients.
We’re looking for a career-minded, motivated individual who wants to grow with our company. This role offers real opportunities for advancement into leadership and management for the right person. Prior dog training experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training services according to company standards.
  • Conduct private lessons, group classes, and board & train programs.
  • Identify training challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with clients about training progress via phone, email, and social media updates.
  • Provide lifetime graduate support and ongoing client follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support retention.
  • Represent the brand professionally in the community through events and partnerships.
  • Support local outreach efforts and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent training quality.
  • Train dogs ranging from basic obedience to behavior modification and reactive or aggressive behaviors.

Training & Experience:
  • At least 1 year balanced dog training experience is required.
  • Completion of The Dog Wizard Academy Experienced Dog Trainer Track is required.
    • 100% of training costs covered by the company with a one-year employment commitment.
    • Online training completed before hands-on training.
