cBEYONData is seeking a Financial Management Data Analyst to support our federal customer's multi-domain technology platform which offers military and business decision makers, analysts, and users at all levels unprecedented access to authoritative enterprise data and structured analytics in a scalable, reliable, and secure environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Financial Management Analyst to join our team in a client-facing role. As a key member of our Department of Defense (DoD) financial management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging your DoD financial management knowledge and expertise in Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle to analyze financial data, identify trends, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from various feeder systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, providing guidance and support to end-users.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses, reconciliations, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Offer financial advisory services to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on your expert analysis.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DoD financial management and technology, providing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance is required for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Management Analyst, within DoD Headquarters or DoD Components.
  • Proficiency in Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week onsite (Pentagon & McLean, VA), with the remaining days available for remote work.
  • CDFM, CGFM, or DoD FM Certification is a plus
