Description du poste

Des votre arrivee, vous integrerez Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team, une communaute de plus de 200 collaborateurs animes par une forte dynamique internationale, tout en travaillant pour des clients francais. Vous serez rattache(e) a la Directrice du Bureau, dans un environnement stimulant et collaboratif.

Votre mission ? Accompagner les equipes metiers depuis notre pole support client base au Maroc, en les soutenant dans leurs operations quotidiennes. Apres une phase de formation a nos outils et methodes, vous deviendrez un veritable pilier de l'efficacite operationnelle.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien :

Gestion des missions et des clients

  • Creation et suivi des codes clients et des missions
  • Mise a jour des informations cles
  • Suivi administratif et operationnel

Facturation & Suivi financier

  • Elaboration et mise a jour des tableaux de facturation
  • Emission, comptabilisation et envoi des factures
  • Suivi des encaissements et du recouvrement

Tresorerie

  • Creation des mandats de prelevement
  • Suivi des operations de prelevement

Sous-traitance interne

  • Creation et suivi des bons de commande
  • Gestion des engagements

Temps & Frais

  • Suivi et traitement des operations liees aux temps et frais

Reporting

  • Edition de syntheses
  • Realisation d'exports comptables et administratifs
