  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on severance program processes, policies, and procedures, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Partner with internal teams, including People Business Partners, payroll, finance, and other HR functions, to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of severance cases.
  • Support the preparation, review, and coordination of documentation for employee separations, collaborating with relevant stakeholders as needed.

  • Monitor and respond to questions in a shared Outlook inbox from People Business Partners and other stakeholders, providing clear and consistent information.
  • Administer severance-related documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are current, accurate, and properly distributed.
  • Utilize DocuSign to prepare, send, and manage severance agreements and related documentation for electronic signature.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization when handling multiple severance cases and tasks simultaneously.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of severance processes and employee experience by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance quality.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, People Business Partners, and employees, acting as a reliable and professional HR partner.
