Job description

Role: DocuSign CLM Administrator

Expected Duration: 12 months

Location: Hybrid (4-5 days onsite), candidates must be local to the Austin area

Summary:

The client is seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support and maintain our DocuSign platform including eSignature, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), notary and other DocuSign capabilities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless contract workflows, maintaining system integrity, and driving vendor accountability. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise contract systems, vendor coordination, and governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

DocuSign platform support including eSignature, CLM, Notary and other capabilities

Deep technical knowledge on all the DocuSign capabilities including eSignature, CLM, Notary and other capabilities

Administer and configure DocuSign CLM workflows, smart rules, eForms, and automation tools

Provide technical support and training to business users across divisions (e.g., CSD, ROW, PEPS, PRO, etc.)

Well versed in integration capabilities with other platforms such as Salesforce.

Monitor system performance and coordinate with DocuSign on release notes, feature updates, and ticket resolution

Maintain security protocols and integration standards for all the integrations with other systems.

Other duties as assigned

Contract Oversight & Governance

Collaborate with the CLM Steering Committee and user groups to align business logic and workflow configurations

Support contract review and approval processes for AFAs, ILAs, IACs, POs, and other agreement types

Ensure compliance with client’s confidentiality and evaluation protocols during vendor selection and contract execution

Vendor Management

Serve as liaison between client and DocuSign vendor representatives for strategic planning and issue resolution

Track and report on DocuSign ticket volumes, usage metrics, and integration opportunities.

Coordinate contract

Qualifications:

Minimum (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ Years of Experience with DocuSign eSign, CLM or similar contract management platforms.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, vendor relations, and contract lifecycle processes.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred (Optional):

Familiarity with client's systems and workflows preferred.

Experience with Active Directory, TxDOTNow ticketing, and CLM integration tools.

Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols related to SaaS platforms.

Ability to lead training sessions and contribute to Center of Excellence initiatives
