Job description

Job Summary The Lead Docusign Developer is the senior technical owner of the DocuSign platform at Lennar, responsible for the platform's integrations, identity and access management (IAM), and enterprise roadmap. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration to own how DocuSign connects to Lennar's broader systems landscape (Salesforce, JDE, and other enterprise platforms), how access and identity are governed on the platform, and how DocuSign evolves to meet the company's future needs. This role also serves as the escalation point for issues beyond routine account and envelope support, and mentors the Legal Technical Analyst I on complex cases. Key Responsibilities DocuSign Integrations Own the design, configuration, and ongoing health of DocuSign's integrations with Salesforce, JDE, and other enterprise systems Partner with the DocuSign Dev team and cross-functional technical teams (Salesforce, OCI, EUC Operations) on integration builds, API configuration, and troubleshooting Serve as the technical point of contact for new integration requests, scoping feasibility and effort with internal and vendor stakeholders Identity & Access Management (IAM) Own DocuSign's IAM posture, including Federated ID/SSO configuration, provisioning strategy, and access governance Partner with Lennar's IAM and security teams on identity federation, authentication, and audit requirements affecting DocuSign Define and maintain access policies and role structures that scale as the platform's user base grows Enterprise Roadmap & Platform Strategy Own and drive DocuSign's enterprise roadmap in partnership with the DocuSign account team and Lennar engineering leadership Evaluate new DocuSign capabilities and releases for fit against Legal, Procurement, and business needs, and plan their adoption Review DocuSign's monthly release notes and translate roadmap and configuration impacts into Lennar's planning Represent Lennar in weekly vendor check-ins with DocuSign, managing the relationship, escalations, and upcoming releases Template, Reporting & Escalation Ownership Own DocuSign template governance and partner with the DocuSign Dev team on new template builds Build and maintain DocuSign reporting for Legal and business stakeholders Own investigation and resolution of pre-execution signer e-mail delivery failures and other complex incidents Open, own, and manage vendor support tickets with DocuSign through resolution Serve as secondary escalation point for the Legal Technical Analyst I on complex account, envelope, or signing group issues Support legal hold envelope collection requests for specified states, divisions, or communities Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on DocuSign experience, including administration and DocuSign integrations (API/Connect-based) with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or an ERP Demonstrated experience owning identity and access management (IAM) for a SaaS platform — federated identity/SSO, provisioning, and access governance Experience developing and executing a platform roadmap in partnership with a vendor and internal engineering stakeholders Strong vendor management experience, including relationship ownership and escalation resolution Ability to operate independently, set technical direction, and mentor junior support staff Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with DocuSign APIs/Connect and enterprise integration platforms Experience with IAM/identity tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD Background in legal, procurement, or real estate operations technology Prior experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to junior analysts Tools & Systems DocuSign eSignature (Admin Console, API/Connect, IAM configuration) Salesforce JDE (or equivalent ERP) ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM ticketing tool) IAM/identity platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD) Microsoft Teams / Outlook This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the company due to factors affecting the business.
