Architectural Document Reviewer
Harrisburg, PA | Full-Time |
A well-established Pennsylvania-based organization is seeking an Architectural Document Reviewer to support the technical review of multifamily housing development projects and related construction documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in architecture, construction management, project review, affordable housing development, and construction administration. Experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents for multifamily housing developments
  • Evaluate project submissions for completeness, quality, and compliance with program requirements
  • Review construction scopes, development plans, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with developers, architects, consultants, and construction professionals throughout the review process
  • Conduct project site visits and inspections as needed
  • Prepare written comments, reports, and recommendations
  • Support the development, rehabilitation, and preservation of housing projects across Pennsylvania
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Building Science, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
