Our mission is simple: provide exceptional customer service while restoring homes, businesses, and peace of mind. We believe in servant leadership, teamwork, accountability, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Services Mitigation Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initial emergency response through project completion.
This position is responsible for coordinating crews, communicating with customers and insurance professionals, documenting projects, managing equipment, maintaining profitability, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping multiple projects organized, and taking ownership of their work.
Restoration is an emergency service business. While schedules vary depending on customer needs, our Project Managers understand that success is measured by completed projects, satisfied customers, accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and delivering results.
Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
  • Perform site visits and monitor project progress.
  • Maintain daily communication with customers, insurance adjusters, office staff, and referral partners.
  • Ensure all job documentation, moisture readings, photographs, and job notes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare estimates, work orders, and complete job files.
  • Submit project billing and invoicing promptly following project completion.
  • Monitor production costs, labor, equipment utilization, and job profitability.
  • Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and warehouse standards.
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company safety policies.
  • Coach and support field technicians while promoting a positive team culture.
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience on every project.

Qualifications
  • Restoration industry experience preferred.
  • Experience managing water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, or similar emergency services.
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lead by example while holding yourself and others accountable.

What Success Looks Like

  • Keep projects moving without unnecessary delays.
  • Complete documentation and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, office staff, and field technicians.
  • Maintain organized, profitable projects.
  • Support their crews while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve operations.

If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with an established restoration company that values integrity, accountability, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
