THE WORK:
  • You'llย manage and process project documentation, including Turnover Packages (TOP), engineering drawings, vendor submissions, and other related files.
  • You'llย use Procore to upload, organize, track, and maintain project records, ensuring easy access and upโ€‘toโ€‘date documentation.
  • You'llย coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.
  • You'llย review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • You'llย collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in documentation and provide progress updates.
  • You'llย maintain a comprehensive filing system to support project handover and closeout requirements.
  • You'll generate periodic reports on documentation status, pending submissions, and approvals
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Document Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering project environment
  • Proficiency in using Procore for document management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Familiarity with technical documentation, including engineering drawings and project sub-missions, is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
