Hello, The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Document Associate for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­Riverwoods, IL. Details for the position are as follows:

 

Contract starting 1.5 months, with potential extensions and/or conversion.

Pay up to 20/hr

Fully Onsite.

 

Job Description:

  • The Content Management Analyst supports the acquisition, processing, and quality assurance of primary source legal content across digital products.
  • This role plays a key operational function in scanning services and technical troubleshooting across the end-to-end content pipeline.
  • This role will be primarily focused on the scanning of print material and quality assurance of the newly created digital asset.
  • The analyst develops a strong understanding of the content, cataloguing, and technical process to enable effective diagnosis and resolution of production and data issues.
  • The analyst may also be engaged to learn more of our upstream and downstream content processes to aid the larger Acquisition and Licensing teams.
  • A willingness to learn new tasks and processes is important.


Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.):

  • Knowledge of data entry/content & document scanning
  • Familiarity with scanning image software Adobe products (Acrobat)
  • Ability to lift and manage hardbound books
  • Comfort in using a hydraulic cutter
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal CaseLaw is a plus - will aid in QA of scanned content
