Job description

Position Title: Document Specialist
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) (1 hr Lunch)
Compensation: Hourly $18.91+ (depending on experience)
Position Summary
The Document Specialist is responsible for preparing, assembling, and finalizing certification packets.
This role gathers and reviews all required documentation, ensures compliance with Buy America, and
Buy America Build America requirements where applicable, and maintains accurate, traceable records.
The Document Specialist will work with the Document Control Manager to ensure that certification
packets meet all requirements.
