Job description

Job Title: Document Control Specialist

Organizational Relationships

Reports to:

  • Quality Manager

Supports:

  • Production Department
  • Planning Department
  • Sales Department
  • Engineering Department
  • Warehouse Department

ย 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Release bulk and finished good products for production in accordance with the planned schedule.
  • Create and maintain Material Dispositions to track disposals.
  • Update and maintain accurate statuses in NetSuite for both bulk products and finished goods.
  • Review external laboratory results to ensure product quality meets required specifications.
  • Distribute validation results to the Engineering Department for review and action.
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) tailored to each customerโ€™s requirements.
  • Create customer approval documents as required to support product release and shipment.
  • Complete and file batch cards accurately to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, warehouse, sales, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain product integrity.
  • Reach out to vendors to request and obtain required documentation for compliance and quality purposes.
  • Assist in managing customer complaints as needed.

Experience:

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.
