Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Store Operations to schedule and communicate in-store markups and markdowns effectively.
  • Collaborate with Buyers to process overnight retail changes as requested.
  • Work closely with the Pricing Manager to create and manage all pricing events, including:
    • Manually entering SKUs and retail data in JDA for smaller events.
    • Building and uploading .CSV files for larger events.
  • Review and validate all pricing events to ensure complete accuracy prior to execution.
  • Proactively identify and flag potential errors or inconsistencies in pricing data.
  • Maintain clear documentation and records of all pricing changes, event details, and event uploads.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., working with spreadsheets and formulas).
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and system uploads.
  • Experience with JDA or similar retail pricing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to question discrepancies and seek clarification when needed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in retail operations, merchandising, or pricing is a plus.
