Job description

  • Processing documents for scanning, batching, and data entry duties.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail, and observing the process for quality and accuracy in the documents and reporting specific findings to the Lead or Supervisor.
  • Perform end-to-end document processing across all process functions for daily payroll checks.
  • Demonstrate a high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality standards to minimize rework.
  • Safely operate mailing center automated equipment, including troubleshooting and escalating any problems to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
  • Operate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines.
  • Be a good communicator and escalate observed issues in a timely and appropriate manner.


You Must Have:

  • Previous experience in a Document processing production environment.
  • Operator experience with knowledge about scanning and keying in data
  • Highly detail-oriented – must be process-driven and quality-focused
  • Good computer skills - able to train to use specific scanning and reconciliation software
  • Basic problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of all written job ticket information and job codes
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. with good stamina to be able to stand, walk, and sit for an extended amount of time during the shift
