Document Processing Associate
Onsite - Plano, TX
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Hours: Start time is 6:00 am. End times may vary based on daily workload, offering flexibility throughout the week.
Pay: $16.00/hour hour during paid training while you build confidence and skills. Then move to piece-rate pay, where productivity can increase your earning potential, which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Processing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and sorting all mail and place into appropriate batch class. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sorts, imaging, documents, files, and archives by form type
  • Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
  • Identify documents and their purpose
  • Classifies documents based on contract requirements
  • Captures information based on the clients' requirements
  • Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Required to lift up to 50lbs + bags of mail
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with team
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately

The estimated salary range for this role is $28,000 - $35,000.
