At Working Capital Marketplace, our Processing Associates are the engine that keeps deals moving. You'll work hand-in-hand with our sales team and lending partners to ensure transactions are packaged correctly, submitted efficiently, and funded as quickly as possible.

What You'll Do

As a Processing Associate, you'll be responsible for managing a pipeline of 40–60 active files while ensuring each transaction moves seamlessly from submission to funding.

Responsibilities

Manage 40–60 active client files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Work directly with our network of lending partners to place, process, and fund transactions.

Efficiently collaborate with the sales team to package and prepare complete files for lender submission.

Serve as the primary conduit between our sales team and lending partners, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the funding process.

Track, label, and maintain accurate submission, approval, and funding data within our CRM and internal systems.

Review files for completeness and proactively request any missing documentation.

Monitor deal progress, identify roadblocks, and help keep transactions moving toward funding.

Maintain detailed notes and accurate records in Salesforce.

Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism when communicating with internal teams and external partners.
