ViaTRON is a leading Document Imaging Company with Offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Texas and Hawaii. We are growing rapidly and will be opening a new location in Pennsylvania. We are looking to hire and train individuals who are fast learner, energetic and can work with minimum supervision to join our TEAM. ViaTRON will provide full training.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

Required Skills

  • Experience in operating Document scanner machine is a plus

  • Ability to follow instructions

Job Description:

  • Remove staple wires, paper clips
  • Be able to lift 10-15lbs box
  • Fix ripped papers
  • Must neatly place documents back to boxes after prepping
  • Update tracking report accurately

DOCUMENT SCANNING

Required Skills

  • Very good Computer skills
  • Fast Learner
  • Experience in operating Document scanner machine is a plus

Job Description:

  • Set up scanning station
  • Feed documents into the machine
  • Watch images for quality control
  • Fix any image issue or scanner issue
  • Make sure all pages gets scanned
  • QC images, follow instructions provided
