What You'll Do

Technical Documentation

  • Create, edit, and maintain product manuals, instructions for use (IFUs), technical guides, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation

  • Develop and maintain product labeling and packaging documentation

  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and communicate technical information

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with quality standards

  • Manage document revisions, approvals, version control, and archiving processes

CAD & Engineering Documentation Support

  • Maintain and update SolidWorks drawings, assemblies, and supporting engineering documentation

  • Create and revise manufacturing work instructions and assembly documentation

  • Support engineering change activities and document releases

  • Ensure engineering documentation complies with established company standards

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator and related tools to create professional technical content and visual materials

  • Support document control and labeling systems

  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation workflows and efficiency

  • Explore and implement AI-enabled tools that improve documentation creation, maintenance, and accessibility

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, technical documentation, document control, engineering documentation, or a related role

  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator to create technical or visual content

  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software

  • Strong written communication and technical writing skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as medical device, dental device, aerospace, pharmaceutical, or similar industries

  • Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, or other quality systems

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
