Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Management Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the systematic organization, storage, and retrieval of both physical and electronic documents. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our records and ensuring our team has seamless access to the information they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record Maintenance: Sort, classify, and file various documents (contracts, invoices, receipts) according to established filing systems.
  • Digitization: Scan and index paper documents into our Enterprise Document Management System (DMS) to ensure accurate electronic storage.
  • Information Retrieval: Quickly locate and deliver requested files to staff while tracking document movement.
  • Quality Control: Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness before filing.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive records in accordance with company policy.
  • Archiving: Identify and purge outdated files for off-site storage or destruction based on retention schedules.
