immediate, 4-month contract
opportunity, for a Records Clerk (Document Scanning & Data Entry)
within the non profit, humanitarian Industry
to join our client, Onsite,
to report from their office based in Pomona, CA

  • Max Hourly Rate $20/hr on a W2

  • Mon-Friday, 40 hours a week, Regular Business Hours
  • Strong data entry/typing skills, 60WPM, experience with scanning documents highly
    preferred

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide administrative support by organizing, preparing, and processing documents and records for internal departments.
  • Prepare, scan, and digitally index paper records using document imaging and records management systems.
  • Operate scanning hardware and document capture software to ensure records are accurately converted and stored electronically.
  • Assist with special projects, file management, data organization, and other office support functions as assigned.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards while handling confidential records and performing routine administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Who You Are
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of administrative, office support, records management, or document processing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology, online tools, and multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Previous experience scanning records and using document imaging software (such as PaperVision Capture or similar scanning/document management systems) is highly preferred. Familiarity with scanning hardware and software in general is a plus.
