Job Description:
HumanHire is partnered with a well-established full-service law firm to find a Records Filing Clerk to join their team in Downtown NYC. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in a professional legal environment while supporting the firm's records management operations.
We Offer:
  • Pay: Up to $20/hour
  • On-Site Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
  • *Please note this is a temporary position anticipated to last the next 4 weeks
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and file legal records to help clear a temporary backlog.
  • Maintain accurate and orderly physical records within the firm's filing system.
  • Retrieve, organize, and properly store documents as needed.
  • Assist with general records management tasks and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail with basic office and legal document organization skills
  • Prior filing or records management experience preferred but not required
