Job description

The Document Control Technician will be responsible for organizing, managing and maintaining company documentation.  If you enjoy ensuring documents are accurate, accessible and compliant this may be the next opportunity you have been looking for! Responsibilities:

  • Compiling or pre-populating documents
  • Compiling final documents to be issued with the completed packages
  • Maintaining excel logs and scanning and filing all job-related documents, both PDF and hard copies
  • Plan, organize, schedule, and maintain the activities including inspections of products, supporting the needs of internal departments and customers
  • Prepare quality documentation packages; verify that all QC forms and quality records are completed and acceptable for Code and customer requirements
  • A hands-on approach, maintain close contact and cooperate with Operations Team
Requirements:

  • 2+ year's administrative experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a self-starter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong skills in spreadsheet, data processing, and reporting metrics
