Job description

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator II to support the LACCD Bond Program. In this role, you'll help maintain and organize critical project documentation, contracts, invoices, and records that support multiple campus improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize electronic and hard-copy project documents.
  • Process, track, and distribute project correspondence and documentation.
  • Support contract documentation, invoice tracking, and project records.
  • Perform data entry while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with document archiving, retrieval, and records management.
  • Coordinate with project teams to obtain and maintain required documentation.
  • Generate document tracking logs and status reports.
  • Support responses to Public Information Requests (PIRs).
  • Help improve document control processes and maintain confidentiality of project information.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience with document processing, filing, records management, and data entry.
  • Experience supporting contract documents, invoices, or project records.
  • Experience using electronic document management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in document control or records management.
  • Experience with DocView or a similar document management system.
