Job Overview:
A Document/Process Control Engineer manages, maintains, and controls project documentation, including technical documents like drawings and blueprints, including Work instructions (SOP), Process Documentation and assists the Quality Engineer with Documentation Library
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain the Company's document library
  2. Review all documentation with Engineering team ensuring up to date and accurately depicts activity described in documentation
  3. Ensure latest approved Document is available to appropriate personal and at appropriate work station
  4. Auditing and compliance: Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  5. Training: Train other employees on document control policies and best practices.
  6. Reporting: Prepare reports on document control activities for management.
  7. Support: Assist personnel with document requests and provide updates on document status.

Special Skills:
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management software, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Key technical skills also include understanding engineering and technical documentation, knowledge of quality control standards, ISO knowledge beneficial.

Competence:
