Job description

Position Summary:

Responsible for opening, scanning, filing, distributing and organizing mail delivered for Document Control and Post-Closing. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scanning all Document Control related mail in a timely manner.
  • Organizes and files all Document Control mail after being scanned in.
  • Opens all mail delivered to Post-Closing and distributes all Post-Closing related mail to responsible departments accordingly.
  • Provides support and assists in other Document Control related areas as needed.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Entry level position, no experience is required.
  • Some Mortgage experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $16.35 and $17.50/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
