Position Summary
US Traffic Control, LLC is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused General Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors, and employees while providing administrative support to the Owner and management team.
Reception and Customer Service
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Executive Support
• Manage the Owner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
• Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
• Assist with correspondence and business communications.
Administrative Support
• Perform filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare and make bank deposits as required.
• Run business-related errands as needed to support company operations.
• Coordinate special projects and administrative assignments as directed.
Requirements
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative or office support experience preferred.
