**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, enabling our team to function effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and organize the daily schedule, including setting appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure efficient time management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and travel arrangements, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and hard copy, for easy retrieval of information.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure operational needs are met.

**Qualifications:**
