We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Hygiene Leadership Team as a Full-Time Dental Hygiene Mentor!

This is a 5-day-per-week leadership position designed for an exceptional dental hygienist who is passionate about developing people, elevating patient care, and helping hygiene teams reach their full potential.

Our Hygiene Mentors don't simply tell people what to do - they coach, support, teach, encourage, and lead by example.


What You'll Do

As a Dental Hygiene Mentor, you'll partner with our hygienists, doctors, office leaders, and regional leadership to:

  • Mentor and develop hygienists throughout their careers
  • Support new hygienists through onboarding and integration
  • Provide hands-on clinical coaching and professional development
  • Help teams successfully implement our Hygiene Standards
  • Support periodontal diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
  • Coach hygienists on effective scheduling, time management, and practice flow
  • Help hygienists understand and improve their individual KPIs
  • Support offices in building strong, productive hygiene departments
  • Identify opportunities for growth and create individualized development plans
  • Celebrate successes while helping team members work through challenges
  • Strengthen relationships between hygienists, doctors, office leaders, and regional leadership
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, teamwork, and exceptional patient care
