The primary responsibility is making sure all vessels are ready for their upcoming trips. Completing duties such as securing vessels to dock, preparing pre-board orders, assisting with fueling, pumping and maintaining the dock.

Assisting customers with requests and inquiries. Operate a vessel and other equipment as needed to help the team complete daily tasks. Responsible for ensuring all scheduled vessels have received items ordered and ready for departure./ppstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS DUTIES/strong/pulliGreeting and assisting boaters with docking, fueling, and other requests;/liliMonitor radio communication with boaters and marina staff;/liliProvide customer service and guest inquiries in a professional manner;/liliProvide chase boat assistance for pilots and mechanics;/liliSecuring water, propane, battery charging and other supplies for customers as needed;/liliCheck dock lines and utility supplies as necessary during changing weather conditions;/liliFueling boats and pumping waste tanks within safety requirements;/liliMaintaining marina docks, equipment, and vessels;/liliAssisting pilots, cleaners, and mechanics with daily tasks;/liliAssistance as required in general marina maintenance and repairs (alertness for safety related needs);/liliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds;/liliPossess the ability to react productively to other duties as reasonably assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongQUALIFICATIONS/strong/ppStrong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.

Knowledge of boating safety procedures and basic mechanical skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
