Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Dock Associate in Buford, GA. In this Dock Associate role, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift, utilizing RF scanners, and communicating with management in regards to production levels. In This Dock Associate Role, Youโ€™ll Be Responsible For:
  • Operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Utilizing RF guns/scanners for inventory and order tracking.
  • Applying basic shipping knowledge to prepare and process shipments.
  • Using basic Excel skills to log or verify production data.
  • Communicating effectively with management and team members regarding production levels and dock flow.

What Youโ€™ll Need:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or dock environment.
  • Required: Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
  • Preferred: Ability to operate a reach truck is a major plus!
  • Experience using RF guns.
  • Basic computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
