Job Title: Warehouse / Dock Associate
Location: Lafayette, IN
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Dock Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing products for transport, and maintaining a safe, organized dock area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, move, and secure materials using manual and mechanical methods (pallets, skids, platforms, containers, and transport vehicles)
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery
  • Operate pneumatic and power tools such as torque wrenches, nail guns, and impact guns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective time management and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
