Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify product counts and condition against shipping and receiving documents.
  • Stage products in designated areas for selection or shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Maintain dock cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or dock experience desirable.
  • Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
