Job description

Qualitas LLC is looking for a Part-Time Dock Worker to join our team at our Norcross DHL Station in GA. As a Dock Worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight from trailers, trucks, and other transportation vehicles. You will also be responsible for sorting and staging freight for outbound delivery. This role requires a high level of physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail.


GENERAL DUTIES:


Working within the warehouse receiving inbound cargo and parcels, allocating to the correct location

Scanning of shipments to capture location details and data info

Data entry and monitoring

Input shipping information into the computer system

Scanning and loading shipments into a container

Assist with loading and unloading

Ensure items are packaged safely before shipping

Log any shortages or damages

Qualifications:


Proven work experience as a Dock Worker or similar role is an advantage

Data Entry Management

Attention to Detail

Excellent physical stamina

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and/or team members

Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
