Job description

2nd Shift - Distribution Auditor

Location: Milford/Mariemont
2nd Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3 PM – 11:30 PM & Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr

Temp to Hire Opportunity!

Basic Function:
The position of Distribution Auditor includes performing various shipping work within our distribution area to ensure orders are pulled, packed, and loaded correctly with all required documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Count and match up items and item quantities to shipping documents.
  • Check accuracy of paperwork before the order ships.
  • Ensure all orders have the correct packing slips and labels applied.
  • Works with dock attendant to make sure products are loaded correctly.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role/environment is preferred.
  • A high school diploma/ GED is preferred but not required.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
  • Is able to switch between tasks frequently.
  • Is organized and is able to keep accurate and proficient records of shipment paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to proficiently read & write.
  • Has proficient math skills and is able to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • 100% of the time, must be able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry +/- 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to withstand continuous exposure to disagreeable noise, dirt, and fumes within the OSHA allowance.
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment where there is possible exposure to lost-time accidents, including but not limited to the hands, arms, feet, or back.
  • Can work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
