Job description

We are offering a $500 retention bonus after 90 days of employment!
DEPARTMENT:       Production                                         
REPORTS TO:          Production Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION:   Non-Exempt
 
About the role
 
Facilitate the movement of parts throughout the warehouse while ensuring incoming parts are routed appropriately and outgoing materials are staged timely ahead of scheduled pickups.
  • This is a temp to perm position, with 30-day probationary period. 
  • Pay is weekly and OT is available
 
Responsibilities 
 
·       Lead/train dock staff.
·       Prepares/Closes Shippers.
·       Ensures parts are being pulled in FIFO.
·       Works closely with Tier 1 Analyst regarding customer shipments.
·       Unload/load/verify/scan/store inbound and outbound shipments/trucks.
·       Works closely with Quality team members regarding Quality issues.
·       Work closely with transportation company regarding customer deliveries.
·       Works with team members on following safety and company policies.
 
Essential Skills
 
·       High School Diploma or GED required.
·       Two years related experience or equivalent.
·       Leadership experience.
·       Forklift experience required.
·       Proficient in MS Office.
 
Preferred Skills
 
·       Professional customer service.
·       Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
·       Strong communications skills.
