Job Description
SUMMARY
Warehouse Shipping Dock Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all outbound and inbound shipments prior to release from the facility. Mon - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM with possible over time required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Verifying that the correct products have been selected and staged for shipment.
  • Confirming that product quantities match customer orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.
  • Ensuring all items associated with an order are loaded onto the designated trailer or truck.
  • Conducting final shipment audits to prevent shortages, overages, and shipping errors.
  • Inspecting product packaging, pallet condition, labeling, and load stability for compliance with company quality standards.
  • Identifying and documenting potential quality concerns, damaged materials, or packaging defects prior to shipment.
  • Communicating discrepancies and quality issues to warehouse personnel and leadership for immediate corrective action.
  • Supporting customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of shipping accuracy, product quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Adhering to all company safety, quality, and operational procedures within the warehouse and shipping dock environment.
  • Audits inbound shipments. Boxes, labels etc. to ensure everything is accounted for and not damaged upon receipt.
