 What Our Technicians Do
  • Technicians diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation. 
  • They perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune-ups, and general automotive maintenance. 
  • Technicians perform Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so. 
  • They use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine repair issues. 
  • Team members maintain accurate service documentation for completed work. 
  • Technicians work collaboratively with the team to keep the shop operating efficiently and safely. 
  • They provide professional customer service when explaining repair recommendations to customers. 
 What We Need
  • ASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop.
  • Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
  • Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance.
 Work Environment

We operate in an automotive service environment where technicians are regularly standing, bending, lifting tires/equipment, working with automotive chemicals, and adapting to varying shop temperatures.
